Mettis Interactive Services is committed to your privacy and adheres to the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR to protect your personal data and privacy rights when carrying out direct marketing.

Mettis collects personal data directly from you, such as through emails, telephone calls, business cards and website use, and indirectly from sources such as LinkedIn, company websites and the FCA register, to manage client relationships, direct marketing and business development.

Mettis processes data under legitimate interest or legal obligation, shares data only with named third-party service providers such as Zoho CRM, Google Drive and KashFlow, and retains data only as long as necessary, reviewing it every 12 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data by emailing dataprotection@mettisinteractive.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.
